Responsibilities

Prepare and condition soil for planting
Plant, prune, and maintain ornamental plants, shrubs, and trees
Apply fertilisers, water plants, and manage irrigation systems
Propagate plants from seeds and cuttings
Control weeds, pests, and invasive plant species
Operate basic horticultural tools and equipment safely
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards

Basic knowledge of health & safety in a horticultural environment
Understanding of basic soil science
Physically fit and able to perform outdoor manual work
