MiWay, part of the Sanlam Group, is offering a 12-month Lead Generator Learnership Programme based in Parktown, Johannesburg. The programme provides unemployed youth with practical work experience and formal training in the financial services and insurance industry, while working towards the RE5 regulatory qualification.

Responsibilities

Assist with new and existing business processing
Support client appointment scheduling and preparation
Communicate with clients and assist with customer enquiries
Participate in structured workplace training and classroom learning
Build and maintain professional client relationships
Contribute to achieving sales and service targets

Details

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4
Minimum 50% for English and a Second Language
Minimum 40% for Mathematics OR 60% for Mathematics Literacy
South African citizen
Aged 18 – 35 years
Unemployed and not studying elsewhere
Must have less than 1 year of work experience
Must not have previously completed a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA
