The Skills Development Corporation is inviting applications for the Wealth Management Learnership Programme in Sandton, Gauteng.

This 12-month fixed-term learnership is designed for Bachelor of Commerce graduates or candidates with a related commerce qualification who want to gain practical workplace experience in the wealth management and financial services industry.

Successful candidates will receive structured learning exposure while gaining practical experience in administrative support, client service, financial planning documentation, investment products, compliance requirements, and professional workplace skills.

The programme is suitable for motivated candidates who are interested in building a career in financial services and wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full 12-month Wealth Management Learnership Programme.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Bachelor of Commerce degree or related qualification within the commerce field.
• Must be aged 28 or under.
• Must be based in Gauteng.
• Must be proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Must have a strong interest in financial services and wealth management.
• Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme.
• Must be ready to gain practical workplace experience.
• Must be able to work in a professional financial services environment.
