Synergy Transformation Solutions PTY Ltd is inviting applications for a Project Management / Design Thinking Innovation Learnership based in Sandton, Gauteng.

This learnership is aimed at unemployed young people who want to develop practical skills in project coordination, innovation and business problem-solving.

The successful learner will support project planning, track project progress, assist with reporting and documentation, participate in innovation sessions and support teams with project-related tasks.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are interested in project management, office administration, business administration, innovation, design thinking and workplace problem-solving.

Programme Purpose

The purpose of the learnership is to help unemployed youth gain practical workplace exposure in project management, project coordination, innovation and business problem-solving.

Learners will develop practical skills by supporting project planning, documentation, reporting, innovation sessions and team project activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful learner will be responsible for:

• Assisting with project planning.
• Tracking project progress.
• Supporting project reporting.
• Supporting project documentation.
• Participating in innovation sessions.
• Assisting teams with project tasks.
• Supporting project coordination activities.
• Learning project management processes and workplace procedures.
• Helping teams organise project information and updates.
• Building practical workplace experience in project support and innovation.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be between the ages of 18 and 28.
• Must have completed Matric / Grade 12.

OR

• Must have a Business Administration or Business Management qualification.

Applicants must also meet the following requirement:

• Must be computer literate.
