Description

Unload My Home is looking for energetic and confident Sales Agents to work from home. This is a fully remote role where you’ll be speaking to homeowners, building trust quickly, and helping qualify leads for our sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, can handle rejection without stress, and love working towards goals — this could be the right opportunity for you.

You’ll be part of an international team with strong growth opportunities, performance bonuses, and flexible working conditions.

Responsibilities

•  Start your day with a quick team huddle at 8:20 AM EST (2:20 PM SA time).
•  Use our calling system (Calltools) to make at least 262 calls a day.
•  Speak to homeowners, build rapport fast, and identify those interested in taking the next step.
•  Live transfer qualified leads directly to the acquisitions team.
•  Keep accurate records of all calls and leads.
•  Take part in weekly team training sessions (Mondays: strategy, Wednesdays: mindset).
•  Work Monday to Friday, 2:20 PM – 11:20 PM SA time, with two paid breaks and a one-hour unpaid lunch.

Requirements

•  Matric (Grade 12).
•  Strong communication skills in English (extra SA languages are a plus).
•  Confident, persuasive, and able to build trust with people quickly.
•  Comfortable making high-volume calls daily.
•  Goal-driven, resilient, and able to handle rejection.
•  Reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, and a quiet space to work from home.
•  Self-motivated — no micromanagement, you must get the job done.
