The National Prosecuting Authority is inviting applications for the Administrative Clerk position in Pretoria, Gauteng.

This opportunity falls under the National Prosecutions Service and is suited to a candidate who can provide professional administrative support in an office environment.

The successful candidate will assist with data capturing, records management, correspondence, supply chain support, personnel administration, human resources and financial administration, and general office support.

Responsibilities

• Render general administration support services.
• Capture data and information accurately.
• Verify the accuracy of captured data.
• Maintain organised records.
• Generate reports.
• Ensure data integrity.
• Design and maintain a well-organised administrative system for the office.
• Execute a wide variety of administrative tasks.
• Draft correspondence to members of the public, other organisations, and state departments.
• Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component.
• Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component.
• Provide human resource and financial administration support services in the component.
• Deliver mail and faxes within the office.
• Render general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, faxing, receiving, and dispatching documents.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrable competency in acting independently, professionally, accountably, and with credibility.
