Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications and other related documents before or on the day of the interview.

Important Notes

• Closing date is 22 June 2026 at 16:00 for walk-in applications and 23:59 for online applications.
• Applications must quote the correct post title and reference number.
• Applications submitted with the incorrect reference number may be disqualified.
• Zipped, IMG and JPEG attachments will not be accepted.
• Each application must be submitted separately with its own Z83 form and CV.
• The Department does not accept applications via fax.
• Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
• If you are not contacted within 8 weeks after the closing date, consider your application unsuccessful.
• Suitable candidates may be subjected to personnel suitability checks.
