Ekurhuleni West TVET College is inviting applications for a Receptionist position at its Kempton Campus.

This is a permanent support staff opportunity for candidates with Matric / Grade 12 and a National N Diploma in Management Assistant or equivalent.

The successful candidate will manage the reception desk, answer and screen calls, receive and direct visitors, handle messages, support document management and perform general office administrative duties.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong telephone etiquette, computer literacy, Microsoft Office knowledge and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• National N Diploma in Management Assistant or equivalent.
• 0 - 1 year appropriate experience.
• Telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Outlook.

• Driver’s licence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
