Description

The Learnership program at BUCO Strijdompark offers an opportunity for young, motivated individuals to gain valuable experience in the retail industry. The successful learner will be exposed to various areas of store operations while participating in a structured learning program. This position requires commitment to the company's core values, including honesty, respect, accountability, resourcefulness, and energy.

Learners will actively demonstrate customer-centric behavior, effective communication, and teamwork. They will support daily store activities, learn essential retail skills, and work towards completing the requirements of the W&R SETA-accredited program.

Requirements

•  Learners should be South African Citizens
•  Below the age of 35
•  Have a matric certificate
•  Have limited work experience
•  Have not participated in a W&R SETA learnership before
