Discovery Insure is offering a 12-month Learnership that leads to a National Certificate in Short-Term Insurance (NQF Level 4). This programme combines structured learning with practical workplace experience, providing exposure to key areas such as Business Analysis and Key Account Management within the Short-Term Insurance industry.

Responsibilities

•  Learners will be given exposure to the Short-Term Insurance business – Business Analysis and Key Account Management.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 with minimum: English (50%), Maths (50%) / Maths Literacy (60%), and a 2nd language (50%).
•  Ages 18–30.
•  Not currently studying or employed.
•  No previous learnership completed.
•  Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy (MS Excel & Outlook).
•  South African citizens only.
