Bidvest International Logistics is inviting applications for its Unemployed Learnership Programme for 2026–2027.

This 12-month learnership opportunity is aimed at African females living with a disability who are interested in gaining workplace experience and a registered qualification in the Freight and Logistics industry.

The programme provides learners with exposure to the international logistics environment through both theoretical learning and practical workplace components. Learners will complete modules on the BIL eLearning Platform and submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion of the qualification.

Bidvest International Logistics has offices nationally, including in the Eastern Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Commit to the full 12-month learnership programme.
• Complete both theoretical and practical learning components.
• Participate in workplace learning across three divisions.
• Complete all required modules on the BIL eLearning Platform.
• Compile and submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion of the qualification.
• Manage personal learning responsibilities and meet programme requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct within BIL’s corporate environment.
• Demonstrate accountability in managing studies and stipend responsibilities.
• Show commitment to learning about the transport and logistics industry.
• Participate actively in the learnership programme and related activities.

Requirements

• Must have a Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Must be available and committed to work full-time for 12 months.
• Must have an interest in the Transport and Logistics industry.
