Old Mutual Insure is inviting applications for a Learner opportunity based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

This opportunity forms part of the Old Mutual Insure Learnership for Unemployed Youth.

The learnership gives unemployed youth an opportunity to gain workplace exposure, build practical skills and grow within the financial services and insurance environment.

Old Mutual aims to invest in young people by helping them develop skills that support customer service, business operations, service delivery and future career growth.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must have a valid Matric certificate.
• Must have Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Must not have been employed for more than 12 months.
• Must have a valid ID document.
• Must have English as a language.
• Must be credit clear.
• Must be criminal clear.
• Must not be studying currently.

Required Documentation

Applicants must include the following documents in their application:

• Certified Matric certificate showing Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
• Full academic transcript.
• Certified copy of ID.
• Proof or confirmation that the applicant is credit clear, where required.
• Proof or confirmation that the applicant is criminal clear, where required.

Education

• NQF Level 5: Higher Certificate, Advanced Certificate, Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
