TWK Agri is inviting applications for the Clerk: Despatch position at Constantia Fertiliser in Umlaas, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

This is a permanent opportunity within the Constantia Fertiliser division. The role is focused on ensuring the efficient and accurate despatch and receipt of stock while supporting effective stock control and daily depot operations.

The successful candidate will help load and offload trucks, verify stock movements, maintain stock records, and support the Depot Supervisor with daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and offload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Check all documentation related to stock control.
• Verify that the correct stock is loaded and offloaded.
• Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure all control and stock documents are accurately completed and kept up to date.
• Assist with internal and external audits and stock counts.
• Provide support to the Depot Supervisor with daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Valid Forklift License.
• Good understanding of stock control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Good teamwork skills.
• English fluency, written and spoken.
