General Responsibilities
Depending on the post, successful candidates may be responsible for:
- Providing supply chain management and logistics support.
- Capturing invoices and updating procurement systems.
- Assisting with LOGIS, BAS, SAGE, Reapatala, Archibus, or related systems.
- Handling office correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Supporting travel, accommodation, and conference arrangements.
- Maintaining registers, records, and filing systems.
- Processing claims, invoices, quotations, and procurement documents.
- Receiving, sorting, recording, and distributing mail or parcels.
- Operating switchboard, telephone, fax, and photocopying equipment.
- Providing messenger and delivery services.
- Supporting kitchen, catering, cleaning, and refreshment duties where applicable.
General Requirements
Applicants may need one of the following, depending on the post:
