Job Description

Kia South Africa is offering a Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme for unemployed youth who want to gain practical experience and workplace training in the automotive sector. Successful candidates will participate in a structured 12-month programme that provides professional exposure, guided learning, and skills development across selected departments.

The programme is intended to help young people develop workplace readiness, strengthen their CVs, and build a strong foundation for future career growth. Participants will receive practical experience, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a monthly stipend in line with YES Programme guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in the 12-month YES Programme
• Gain practical workplace experience within the automotive industry
• Learn from experienced professionals through mentorship and guided development
• Support day-to-day activities within the assigned department
• Follow workplace instructions, standards, and company procedures
• Work well within a team environment

Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be between 18 and 29 years old
• Be currently unemployed
• Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
• Have Grade 12 / Matric
• Have a clear criminal record
• Not have participated in a YES Programme before
