Truworths is inviting applications for its Work Integrated Learnership Programme based at the company’s Head Office in Cape Town, Western Cape.

This is an 18-month Work Integrated Learning opportunity within the HRD Credit Operations department, aimed at Co-Op students who need practical workplace exposure.

The successful candidate will work closely with the dynamic Credit Operations team and support daily Human Resource Department activities while developing practical workplace skills.

This opportunity is suitable for students with a completed N6 National Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, Business Management, Management Assistant, Business Studies or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience within the HRD Credit Operations department.
• Support the Human Resource Department’s daily activities.
• Perform general administration duties.
• Complete various administrative tasks.
• Develop skills and competencies related to Human Resources.
• Maintain an attitude of continuous learning.
• Support recruitment and selection administration.
• Assist with recruitment support activities.
• Support recognition programme coordination.
• Assist with various HR projects.
• Support training and development activities.
• Gain exposure to industrial relations.
• Work closely with the Credit Operations team.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and professionally.

Requirements

Applicants must have a relevant completed N6 National Certificate in one of the following fields:

• Human Resources
