Description

To support the Buyer by accurately capturing data in the buying system, managing queries from suppliers and stores, and performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

•  Capture buying data into relevant systems
•  Perform costings, pricing, and generate ranging instructions
•  Handle store orders and allocations
•  File and maintain documents
•  Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Buyer
•  Handle calls, schedule appointments, type emails
•  Retrieve supplier/store performance reports from systems
•  Resolve store-related queries via phone and email

Requirements

•  Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
•  Previous experience in office administration or data capturing

Skills & Competencies

•  Knowledge of buying systems (advantageous)
•  Computer literacy (essential)
•  Typing and data capturing skills (speed & accuracy)
•  Ability to work accurately and independently
